Last 3 paystubs
W2s for 2022 & 2023.
Usually we just need your last completed Tax Return.
1040 tax returns for 2022 & 2023. (If 2023 is not ready we will need the same for 2022, 1040 & W2) for Self employed.
Bank account statements for two months (all pages) showing balance and account holder information and address. (and other asset too)
1120 Business tax returns for 2022 & 2023 (If 2023 is not ready we will need the same for 2022 and a profit and loss statement for 2023 year-end accompanied by a balance sheet for 2023 year-end).

If you already own other property:
Current monthly statement for your current mortgage
Address for each property
Approximate market value(s)
Mortgage statements, property tax and home owners insurance information, as in agents name and phone number.
If working with a real estate agent: their name, company and contact information and a copy of any Accepted Offer you may have.
